  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

    • Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days (excluding locations)

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We use USPS, FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase with photos of the damage and your order details.

 

Eligibility for Returns​

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Process

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 8-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

No Exceptions After 30 Days
