The glow-in-the-dark feature uses a proprietary luminescent formula that is embedded within the silicone during manufacturing, making it safe and long-lasting.

Our caps are designed to fit most standard 12 oz beverage cans. The high-stretch silicone material provides a secure, airtight seal on:

• Most canned beverages with standard openings

The universal design ensures compatibility with the majority of canned drinks on the market.

The glow-in-the-dark technology is activated by exposure to light. Simply place your cap in sunlight or under artificial light for a few minutes, and it will absorb the light energy.

Once you move to a dark environment, the cap will glow brightly, making it easy to locate your drink. The glow duration depends on the charge time - typically lasting 30 minutes to several hours after a full charge.

The glow feature is permanent and won't fade over time with normal use.

We currently offer two stunning colors:

• Tropic Blue - A vibrant ocean-inspired blue that glows bright cyan
• Twilight Purple - A rich purple hue that glows with a mystical violet light

Both colors provide the same level of protection and glow intensity. You can also save by purchasing our bundle pack that includes both colors!

Yes! Our silicone caps are dishwasher safe and can be placed on the top rack of your dishwasher for easy cleaning.

They can also be hand-washed with warm soapy water. The material is heat-resistant up to 450°F and cold-resistant down to -40°F, making them durable for various cleaning methods.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times are:

• Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $19.99. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available!

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS or FedEx).

While we strive for on-time delivery, we cannot control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team at info@fliplipsip.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Valid proof of purchase required
• Return must be initiated within 30 days

Important: We do not accept returns or offer refunds after 30 days, without exception.

To initiate a return:

2. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Ship the item back to the provided address

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 8-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Deep Clean: Soak in warm soapy water for stubborn residue

While our caps are heat-resistant up to 450°F, they are designed primarily for standard canned beverages which are typically cold or room temperature.

We do not recommend using them on extremely hot liquids as the heat may affect the seal and could pose a burn risk when removing the cap.
